With the launch of the Central Market, we discovered a problem where items and silver might sometimes get lost on their way to your storage.
We worked on the issue as soon as possible and a fix for this issue was applied during our maintenance on March 20th.
We implemented an auto-recovery mechanic so items lost between your inventory/storage and warehouse will be automatically recovered after a certain amount of time.
However, if they are still not back after 24/48h, please send us a ticket with the following information:
- The time and date of the disappearance
- What happened before you saw the items or silver went missing
- A screenshot of your current Marketplace Warehouse
