How do I redeem my key?
Website Users
- To redeem your key you will need to create an account on the Black Desert Online Website first.
- Once you have done this, you can now redeem your key here.
Steam Users
- To redeem your key please go to your Steam client and click on Games at the top and then Activate a Product on Steam.
- After this you can enter your key as shown above.
Can I refund my purchase?
- Black Desert Online is not able to provide refunds for keys as the purchase was not done through our system.
- Humble Bundle does not provide refunds to purchases made through their store, as a percentage goes to charity
