Handling of your Personal Data

In order to comply with the General Data Protection Act (GDPR), Kakao Games changed the way we handled data from May 25th 2018.

Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy were updated prior to 25th May 2018.

In addition, we will also comply with requests to provide you with records of all the data we hold. You can request this through our Customer Support pages here.


How can I update/remove my personal information?

You can contact Customer Support through the "Account > Personal Information Deletion Request" form to request the following:

  • Removal of Billing Information.
  • Amend/Remove your Date of Birth.
  • Deletion of account information.

Kakao Games will comply with all requests in accordance with the obligations set out by the GDPR.

Please be aware that it may be necessary to refuse requests if there are legitimate grounds to retain the data in accordance with GDPR.
