[Client] Black Desert Online is not responding

Bad drivers

Malfunctioning drivers will usually result in the game client freezing at random points during your gameplay, with the Windows error "BlackDesert64.exe has stopped working" or "BlackDesert64.exe is not responding" popping up. Begin troubleshooting the problem by using DDU to completely uninstall your current drivers. After you're done with this process, download and install the latest driver version available for your card.

NVIDIA drivers can be found here.

AMD drivers can be found here.

Turn off hardware overclock

Overclocking your hardware components can result in the client to crash unexpectedly. To rule out the possibility of your hardware overclock interfering with the stability of your system when the game is running, make sure to try resetting your clocks to their default factory settings.
