Missing Characters

If you find that your characters are missing, you are most likely logging in to the wrong region or server.

Restart the game, log in with your Email and password, and click the Earth icon on top of the button "PLAY" to make sure you are connecting to the correct region, either North America or Europe.

If you are connected to the right region and still have missing characters, be sure that you are logging in with the correct credentials.

If your problem still persists, please contact our Support team to see if any characters were deleted in your absence.
