We understand mistakes can happen and it can be easy to delete an item you actually wanted to keep.
Customer Support will attempt to restore any deleted item if reported to us within 72 hours of deletion, otherwise, your claim will be rejected.
Please specify in your ticket:
- the name of the item
- the time of deletion
- the character and the region name
Please be aware that although we wish to assist in these cases, it's not always possible to verify the loss.
