A player has 72 hours to submit a ticket after the item purchase otherwise the claim will be rejected.
Customer Support can remove the purchased cash shop item and replace it with its value in Pearls. Please specify in your ticket:
- the item you want to see removed
- the character name and server on which the item was purchased
Customer Support are unable to refund pets or consumable items after they have been used/activated. Additionally, special bundle deals will only be removed and replaced with the equivalent value in pearls, if no items in the bundle have been consumed.
