Coupons / Package items sent to the wrong server

If you have accidentally chosen the wrong server when claiming your package items, or another coupon on your account page, we will be able to transfer it to the correct server for you.

For this, send in a ticket as soon as possible and make sure to leave the items untouched in your ingame mail. This will make it easier for Customer Support to move them.

If you have already taken the items out of your mailbox, please leave them untouched in your inventory in that case. If you have already activated/used some of the items, Customer Support may not be able to transfer them anymore.

Customer Support is not able to transfer titles from one server to another in any way.
