Failed to Connect & Now Processing

If you are receiving these errors when attempting to start your game, please try the following to resolve the issue(s).

  • Press Start on the bottom left of your Windows task bar.
  • Search for cmd, right click on the Command Prompt icon and press Run as administrator.
  • Type in netsh winsock reset and press Enter.

*It is important that you make sure run Command Prompt as an administrator

If you are still receiving these errors, submit a ticket to our Technical team and we will investigate further.
