Before submitting a ticket to the Technical Support team, try deleting the version.dat file and any .PAP files you might have inside your installation directory. This will force the Launcher to go into repair mode, which could also subsequently resolve any patching issue that you are experiencing!
You can easily find these files by right-clicking on your Black Desert Online Launcher shortcut and pressing Open file location.
If this still does not resolve the issue please submit a ticket and summarize all of the steps you have taken in an attempt to resolve it.
