My password has been reset

Dear Adventurers,

 As part of our ongoing security procedures, we have detected a large number of accounts that may be at risk of compromise.We have cross-referenced Black Desert Online accounts with a known leak to a popular website that occurred during late 2016. In order to protect our community from unauthorised access, we have reset the password on these accounts.

If you are concerned about the security of your account beyond this, we will be happy to change the email address connected to your account. Please follow the steps outlined in the article below.

We have not yet confirmed that accounts to receive a password reset have been the victim of unauthorised access and this is entirely a preventative measure.
