Account Page - Claiming Coupons

There may be some cases in which items are delivered to you via a claimable coupon on your account overview rather than being sent to you in game directly. Some examples of these are:

  • Items bought from a sale on the website;
  • Items from your game pass;
  • Claiming a reward for a gift pass/guest-pass;
  • Exclusive Account Event Rewards (e.g. Awakening Event Winner Rewards, Screenshot Event Rewards);

How to claim the rewards?

Claiming rewards from your Account Overview is easy. Simply log into your account at which should enable a new button in the top right corner of the website:

Clicking on this button will take you to your account overview.
You can alternatively click this link to be taken their directly.

From your Account Overview, shown below, you can find useful information about your account - including the Coupon List which details all of the coupons currently available to you:

In this case, there is a Value Pack (30 Days) that can be claimed and sent to your characters in the game.

Clicking on the red “AVAILABLE” button will open the below screen, letting you choose the region to send the item to in game.

Clicking on confirm will bring you to the confirmation overview where you can review your choice:

Clicking on “OK” will deliver the item to the in game mail in that region.

As a general rule for the account page, it may take up to 24 hours for these coupons to be processed. If you have not received your item after this time period, please send in a ticket below.

When you receive the items in your game mail (Press B), some items may go into your Pearl inventory tab and not your regular inventory tab.


Issues that may occur

In rare cases there might be issues with coupons from your account page that may take longer to arrive and have detailed some of these below:

  • Gift passes
    In rare cases, gift pass do not appear immediately on your account overview. It may take a few hours to appear.
  • Guest passes
    You can find an overview of your guest passes if you click the “Refer-a-Friend” Button on your account overview. Here you can find the codes, their status and any gifts that you may receive.

  • If either of these is not visible after 48 hours, please send in a ticket below.
