Account Page - Claiming Coupons

There may be some cases in which items are delivered to you via a claimable coupon on your account overview rather than being sent to you in game directly. Some examples of these are:

  • Items bought from a sale on the website;
  • Items claimed from a coupon code;
  • Items from your game pass;
  • Claiming a reward for a gift pass;
  • Exclusive Account Event Rewards (e.g. Tournament Rewards, Screenshot Event Rewards);

How to claim the rewards?

Claiming rewards from your Account Overview is easy. If you play via the website / launcher, simply log into your account at https://www.blackdesertonline.com/myinfo/ which will lead you directly to your account page.

If you play on Steam, please redeem your coupons via the ingame menu and click "Redeem" on the Community tab:

From your Account Overview, shown below, you can find useful information about your account - including the Coupon List which details all of the coupons currently available to you:

In this case, there is a reward for the Terrmian Finale 2019 that can be claimed and sent to your characters in the game.

Clicking on the symbol will open the below screen, letting you choose the region to send the item to in game.

If you cannot choose a region, there is no family name registered on the account. Please create a family first, and make sure you're logged into the right account!

Clicking on confirm will bring you to the confirmation overview where you can review your choice.

Clicking on “OK” will deliver the item to the in game mail in that region.

As a general rule for the account page, it may take up to 24 hours for these coupons to be processed. If you have not received your item after this time period, please send in a ticket below.

When you receive the items in your game mail (Press B), some items may go into your Pearl inventory tab and not your regular inventory tab.

 

Issues that may occur

In rare cases there might be issues with coupons from your account page that may take longer to arrive and have detailed some of these below:

  • Gift passes
    In rare cases, gift pass do not appear immediately on your account overview. It may take a few hours to appear.
  • If either of these is not visible after 48 hours, please send in a ticket below.
